This Privacy Policy describes the personal data processing for which Pm Silversmedja (“Pm Silversmedja”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is the data controller and is applicable to the personal data processing that occurs in connection with your membership in the customer club. Below is a description of which personal data we process and for which purposes, as well as the choices that you have.

Personal data processed by us

We process personal data that we have obtained with your consent in connection with your application to join the customer club and through your ongoing contact with us. Examples of personal data that we may process are your name, your email address and information about your purchases with us.

How we use personal data

We always process personal data in accordance with applicable law and we have implemented appropriate security measures consistent with local information security requirements to prevent your personal data from being misused, disseminated, lost, altered, destroyed or accessed by an unauthorized party. We process your personal data to inform you about our products, services, news, events, promotions and other activities that may be of interest to you and to develop and improve our products and services. In addition, we will process personal data to fulfill our obligations under law. Your consent and choices

By joining our Customer Club, you agree that we may contact you via email regarding our products, services, news, events, promotions and other activities that may be of interest to you. You also agree that we may use the information you provide in connection with your membership in the Customer Club to develop and improve our products and services and that this information may be used for market and customer analysis in order to send you tailored and personalized communications.

Once you have joined the customer club, an automatic email will be sent to you to confirm your membership. If you do not respond to the email, your membership will not be confirmed and we will not process your personal data as set out in this Privacy Policy.

Once you have joined the customer club, you can at any time revoke your consent to receive marketing from us and terminate your membership in the customer club by contacting us at Pm Silversmedja or by following the unsubscribe link in each email.

If you wish to access your personal data, you should contact Pm Silversmedja and provide sufficient information to enable you and your data to be identified. You also have the right to ask us to correct, block, supplement, delete, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you and to demand an explanation of the processing of your data by contacting Pm Silversmedja. Within the EEA, you can also file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or assert your rights in court if you believe that your rights have been violated. There are exceptions to these rights that mean that access to information may be denied, for example in cases where we are prevented by applicable law from making information available.
