This Privacy Policy describes the personal data processing for which Pm Silversmedja ("Pm Silversmedja", "we", "our" or "us") is the personal data controller and is applicable to the personal data processing that takes place in connection with your membership in the customer club. By joining our Customer Club, you agree that we may contact you via email regarding our products, services, news, events, promotions and other activities that may be of interest to you. You also agree that we may use the information you provide in connection with your membership in the customer club to develop and improve our products and services and that this information may be used for market and customer analysis for the purpose of sending tailored and personalized communications to you.

Once you have joined the customer club, an automatic email will be sent to you to confirm your membership. If you do not respond to the email, your membership will not be confirmed and we will not process your personal data as stated in this Privacy Policy.

Once you have joined the customer club, you can at any time withdraw your consent to receive marketing from us and terminate your membership in the customer club by contacting us at Pm Silversmedja or by following the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
