Below you will find our terms of purchase, please read this through before shopping.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permission to order. Never send money. We cannot be responsible for money, checks etc. which is sent by post. Please note that we cannot guarantee that images accurately represent a product's actual appearance. VAT of 25% is included in the stated prices. Outside the European Union tax is not included in the price.
When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail as soon as possible with information about your order. Check that your order confirmation is OK and everything is correct, should there be anything you wonder about, please contact us.
We send all orders in Sweden with PostNord to your door or to your local delivery point. for delivery in Sweden normally the delivery time to your local collection point is 2-5 working days if the item is in stock. Otherwise, the production time is 2-3 weeks. Delivery outside Sweden will take longer.
Everything you see on the site we have in stock unless other information is given. We will send any backorders as soon as the product is produced. Our ambition is to always have everything in stock, but even we can miss...
With us, shipping is free of charge within Sweden's borders. Outside Sweden there will be a shipping fee added.
Payment via Klarna
With Pay directly, you complete your payment at once but retain all the benefits you get when you shop through Klarna. If you choose to pay with a linked bank account, the money will be withdrawn 1-2 banking days after the store sends your order.
Pay later means that you get your goods home first, can try and think a bit before paying your invoice. When you choose to pay by invoice, we offer you the option to pay 14 days from when we sent the goods for delivery. Should something go wrong, you are also covered by Klarna's buyer protection, which you can read more about here .
With an installment account, you can decide for yourself how much you want to pay each month. You can pay the entire debt at any time to end the partial payment.
If the product is damaged or lost during transport to the customer, we are responsible for payment. You should not receive/pick up packages that have visible damage. Instead, contact us as soon as possible. If, after picking up the package, you notice that the contents have been damaged during transport, please contact us and let us know. Then send the package back to us well-packaged. We do not refund the original shipping cost. In case of return or exchange, you are responsible for the transport risk.
Exchanges, returns and complaints
We comply with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means that you have the right to return and exchange for 14 days from the time you received the item. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition. Please contact us before returning an item. Return and exchange rights do not apply to discounted goods. When returning or exchanging goods, you pay the return shipping costs yourself. If, on the other hand, it is a complaint due to a damaged item or that we dispatched the wrong item, we will refund you the return shipping at the same time as refunding what you paid for the item. We do not refund the original shipping cost. Before you return an item, contact us via email or phone to get information about the address to which the item should be returned. Remember to state the correct name, total address including phone/mobile, e-mail, and account number for the best refund. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us via email so that we can reserve the item you want instead. If the new item is more expensive, you pay the difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund you the difference to your bank account that you specified. You are responsible for the return shipping. If you want to return/claim an item, please contact us via email before sending the item back. Once we have received the returned goods and approved the case, the money will be refunded to your account. You pay the return shipping. We do not refund the original shipping cost for returns, only for complaints.
No right of exchange, return or open purchase for specially ordered, engraved goods and gift cards
Gift cards, specially ordered goods and engraved goods are not covered by the right of exchange or open purchase.
Commissions and Made to order
Upon approval of the price and schedule for an order, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required before production begins.
When the jewelry is ready, the balance (50%) is paid before the jewelry can be sent or picked up.
Payment is made to BangGiro, Swish or invoice.
Cancellation of order: If you cancel the order before the first installment, no extra fee is charged. If you change your mind after the partial payment has been made, we have no possibility of paying it back once the work on the jewelery has begun. However, it is possible to make certain changes to the order depending on how far along the work is.
Exchanges, returns and complaints: Custom works are non-refundable. If there are direct manufacturing errors, we will of course correct this at no extra cost.
PM Silversmedja is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations according to this agreement, if the failure is based on an exculpatory circumstance as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays fulfillment. Such as liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. action or omission by an authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes authority decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
